What People Say about Expressive Painting Workshop
Yhanna Coffin’s Expressive Painting Workshop was just what I needed to re-ignite my creative fire! After a difficult year that had dampened my spirit, I was in desperate need to find my light again.
I found the workshop to be cathartic, challenging, joyous, and incredibly inspiring. From the ‘sidelines’, Yhanna guides you through your creative process, and encourages you to push back against your boundaries. She does this without judgment in a loving, supportive environment where you are surrounded by other artists who are going through the same process. You feel at once connected to the others, but at the same time enveloped in a cocoon of personal transformation.
At the conclusion of the workshop, I felt buoyed with a newfound creative energy and found the courage to get back to the studio and create without self-judgment and fear. I highly recommend Yhanna’s class, especially if you are in an artistic rut, are in need of loving encouragement, or simply want to boost your creative process in a new and dynamic way!
~Rebecca Siswick Graham, January 2017I had been away from my studio for a few months and completely trusted Yhanna, as the gifted workshop leader she is, to create the space for me/ for all of us to risk and experiment with new ways of working. That new energy has carried over and I am happily back at work in my studio.
